Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Courts of Pecos, Upton, Crockett, Sutton, Brewster, Jeff Davis, Presidio and Reagan counties to pay the District Judges or Judge of any Judicial District having jurisdiction therein compensation in addition to the compensation paid by the State of Texas.
