Relating to concerning the hospitalization, commitment, care, observation and treatment of the mentally ill, including persons of unsound mind, and their status; imposing certain responsibilities upon the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools and Texas State Department of Health; providing penalties for violations; providing the Act shall take effect on January 1, 1958.
