SB 46, 54th R.S.

Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that suits to enjoin strikes or picketing for an unlawful purpose or conducted in an unlawful manner may be brought in the county where the strike or picketing occurred, or in the county of residence of a defendant, or in Travis County when suit is brought by the State of Texas and the State, its agencies or a political subdivision thereof is a party; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with such subsection.
