SB 235, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts to provide that upon the death, discharge or escape of a prisoner in the state penitentiary, who has money credited to his account, notice of such fact shall be given to him or to his beneficiary or nearest known relative; providing for payment of such upon valid claim.
