Relating to creating the County Court at Law of Taylor County; providing for the adoption of the provisions of this Act by the Commissioners Court of Taylor County; defining the jurisdiction of said court; regulating practice therein; prescribing the terms of said court; providing for a clerk thereof; providing for transfer of cases pending in the County Court of said court and limiting the jurisdiction of the County Court; creating the office of Judge of the County Court at Law of Taylor County; providing for the selection of the Judge of said court; prescribing his qualifications; fixing his compensation; providing for the appointment and compensation of a secretary and a reporter for said court; making certain other provisions relating to said court.
