HB 758, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that Commissioners shall receive for their services Three Dollars ($3), for each day engaged in the performance of duties and providing that in counties of over five hundred thousand (500,000) population, the County Judge may set the fee of the Commissioner at any amount he may determine reasonable, not less than Ten Dollars ($10), and providing that Commissioners may withhold their decision until their fees are paid.
