Relating to making it unlawful for any person to take or attempt to take any fish from any public waters by use of electricity, or to possess or have any electrical device capable of such use in, or within five hundred yards of any public waters; providing for prima facie evidence; defining an offense, prescribing a penalty; providing for seizure, notice, and destruction of electrical devices; containing a separability clause.
