HB 453, 54th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the consolidation of rural high school districts with independent school districts by election by a majority vote in each district; classifying rural high school districts as common school districts for certain purposes; providing that school districts formed under the provisions of this Act shall be independent school districts; making provision for the names of and trustees for such school districts; providing invalidity of a portion of this Act shall not invalidate any other part of the Act.
