Relating to amending Statutes by providing that the term "waste" as therein defined shall include economic waste, and by adding a new subsection providing that waste shall include the production, sale, purchase, or use of gas at less than the prescribed minimum price, except in certain stated instances; prescribing the minimum price for such gas; defining additional terms and providing methods for making certain determinations.
