Relating to setting forth the manner and form in which stock certificates shall be issued by any corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas and how such stock certificates shall be signed; providing for the use of a facsimile corporate seal; providing for the use of a facsimile signatures of officers of such corporations on a certificate countersigned by a transfer agent or registered by a registrar.
