HB 268, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing that no changes in boundaries of independent school districts having an elected Board of Trustees composed of nine (9) or more members, located in counties having a population of one hundred thousand (100,000) or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census, shall be made unless previously approved by the Board of Trustees or Board of Education thereof.
