HB 208, 54th R.S.

Relating to creating the Court of Domestic Relations in and for Hutchinson County; providing the terms and jurisdiction of said court; providing for the appointment of a judge for said court; prescribing his powers, duties, term of office and compensation; providing this Act shall not be operative until the adoption of this Act by the Commissioners' Court of Hutchinson County pursuant to an election by the qualified voters.
