HB 64, 53rd 1st C.S.

Relating to amending Article 6050 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, so as to provide that the act or acts of furnishing or delivering natural gas to be used as fuel for irrigation pumps or other agricultural use shall not be considered within the definition of gas utility as used in said Article 6050 and to provide that natural gas made available under provisions of said Act shall be used exclusively for pumping water for farm and other agricultural purposes in order to be exempted from provisions of said Article 6050.
