Relating to amending certain Statutes to provide that all deeds conveying land or interests in land to the State of Texas for the use of the State Highway Department for highway purposes be deposited in the offices of the State Highway Department in Austin, Texas, and directing the Comptroller of Public Accounts to transfer to the State Highway Department all such deeds and instruments of conveyance heretofore deposited in his office, along with all of the files and filing equipment used by him in maintaining such files.
