Relating to amending Chapter 297, Acts of the 52nd Legislature, which prohibits the use of nets and seines in fresh public waters and otherwise regulates the taking, possession, and sale of fish in certain counties, by eliminating from its provisions the counties of Rains, Van Zandt, and Henderson.
