Relating to making it unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation owning and being in possession of land in the State of Texas declared a State Game Preserve to enclose such land in a manner preventing the free ingress and egress of public game animals; making it unlawful to maintain an enclosure around such land which prevents the free ingress and egress of public game animals; providing a penalty.
