Relating to authorizing and directing the Texas State Parks Board to maintain and acquire public hunting lands; directing that the public hunting lands be clearly designated and marked; providing that hunting on the public hunting grounds shall be subject to all hunting and game laws in effect in the area or county where the public hunting lands lie; providing an appropriation.
