Proposing an amendment providing for the Counties to take over the full responsibility for the erection, construction, maintenance and support of a hospital or hospital system which may now be jointly operated by a County and a City; providing for the assumption of any bonded indebtedness that may be outstanding and having been issued by any such City; providing for a tax to be levied by the Commissioners Court for the acquisition, construction and maintenance of such hospital or hospital system.
