Relating to amending certain statutes to define and regulate the practice of Dental Hygiene, permitting such practice in School Hospitals, State Institutions and Public Health Clinics, vesting regulatory power in the Texas State Board of Dental Examiner providing for examinations; the issuance, renewal, suspension and revocation of certificates; providing for accomplice testimony and right of appeal; providing penalties for violation and certain exceptions.
