Relating to providing for the conservation of quail; making it unlawful to kill or hunt any quail in this State without first obtaining a quail stamp from the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission; prescribing the fee for such stamp; providing for the deposit of revenue received from the sale of such stamps in the State Treasury in a special fund to be known as the Special Quail Fund; providing the purposes for which such fund may be expended; making an appropriation.
