Relating to requiring all persons, firms and corporations engaged in the production, transportation and marketing of oil, gas, distillate or other hydrocarbon minerals in this State, holding or receiving funds from their operations in this State which are unclaimed or the title to which is in dispute, to file reports with the treasurer of the State of Texas; providing for the payment of such funds to the treasurer of the State of Texas; providing for the disposition of such funds by the treasurer of the State of Texas.
