HB 538, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes by providing that the term "waste" as therein defined shall include economic waste, and providing that waste shall include the production of or taking of gas from any gas well in this state, or the sale, purchase or use of such gas before, during or at the conclusion of gathering, at a price less than the minimum prescribed, except gas used for certain specified purposes.
