HB 536, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes by providing that the term "waste" as therein defined shall include economic waste, and providing that waste shall include the production, taking, sale or purchase of gas from gas wells or gas fields in this state at a price or under conditions determined by the Railroad Commission to constitute waste.
