Relating to amending certain Articles to perpetuate a state bureau of Child and animal protection, as a body corporate, under the name Texas State Humane Society; with power to organize and maintain in the state local or subordinate organizations, and conferring thereon powers, privileges, immunities and duties processed by the state society and each of the branches thereof, upon which the same is hereafter conferred; adding provisions to the Penal Code of the State of Texas relating to authority of officers, definitions, and cruelty to fowls, poultry, and birds.
