Relating to providing a method for voluntary arbitration of labor disputes, detailing the procedure in arbitration cases, providing for final and binding decisions in such voluntary arbitrations, providing for filing of awards and entry of same as judgments of the District Court and for enforcement by said Court by contempt proceedings.
