HB 306, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain sections of the Penal Code so as to provide that a lien on any motor vehicle which said lien acquired is acquired in any other State not having a certificate of title law shall be forfeited when the motor vehicle is transferred to an innocent purchaser for value in this State.
