Relating to amending certain statutes by providing that when a suit is brought to set aside a compromise settlement agreement, the issues with respect to the amount of compensation due under the Workmen's Compensation Law for incapacity or death, may be tried or determined in the same proceeding as the suit to set aside such compromise settlement agreement without the filing of a claim before the Industrial Accident Board.
