Relating to correction in the placing of insurance on real or personal property; providing that no person, firm or corporation shall, as a condition to, or in connection with, any loan on or sale of real and personal property, require that the insurance on such property be purchased from any particular person, firm or carrier;prescribing penalties for violation; providing for a savings clause; making the Act cumulative.
