HB 47, 51st 1st C.S.
Relating to authorizing the governing body of any city or town having a population of not less than 18,400 and not more than 18,425 inhabitants, situated in a county having not less than 50,890 inhabitants and not more than 50,910 inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census to require the filling up, drainage and regulating of any lot or lots, grounds or yards, or other place in the city or town which shall be unwholesome, or have stagnant water therein, or from any other cause be in such conditions as to be liable to produce disease.
