SB 24, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that, subject to the approval of the Railroad Commission, persons owning or controlling production, or other interests in separate properties in the same oil field, gas field, or oil and gas field may voluntarily enter into and perform agreements necessary to effect secondary recovery operations for oil or gas or for the conservation and utilization of gas, or both, including certain specified operations; repealing all laws in conflict to the extent of the conflict only; declaring the severability of all parts of this Act.
