SB 221, 51st R.S.

Relating to providing that any political party who members believe in or advocate the principals or teachings of Communism, or who propose or advocate the overthrow of the Constitutional Government of the United States by force, shall not be permitted to have the name of any such party printed or placed on the official ballot at any General Election hereafter to be held in this state.
