SB 217, 51st R.S.
Relating to authorizing counties to lease their county hospital, provided the Commissioners' Court of such county, by an order entered in the minutes, find that it is to the best interest of the county to lease such hospital; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith to the extent of such conflict.
