Relating to amending a previous Act, pertaining to the chartering of non-profit corporations to be organized for the purpose of furnishing group hospital service so as to prohibit any discrimination against those physicians or practitioners who practice the healing arts and are licensed to practice the healing arts and are licensed to practice in their filed by a Texas Board under existing laws of the State; repealing all laws in conflict.
