Relating to conferring upon all incorporated cities and towns power and authority to regulate, supervise, control and license all persons, firms or corporations engaged in the business of conducting auction sales of jewelry, diamonds, previous or semi-precious stones, watches, clocks, gold, silver and plated ware, stationery, glassware, porcelain, bric-brac and providing that such cities and towns shall have authority to prescribe appropriate penalties for the violation of any ordinance, or ordinances passed in pursuance thereto; declaring the terms of this act to be severable.
