Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Courts in counties having a population of a certain size according to the last preceding Federal Census to pay regular deputies, clerks and assistants not to exceed Three Thousand, Six Hundred ($3,600) Dollars per year, and chief deputies, clerks and assistants who have had at least two years experience in county affairs not to exceed Three Thousand, Nine Hundred ($3,900) Dollars per year; repealing all laws in conflict.
