Relating to providing that in counties having a population of two hundred ninety thousand (290,000) or more inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census that the judges of the District Courts and of the Criminal District Courts of the State of Texas shall be paid an annual salary of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500) per year; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act; providing that this Act shall not repeal any law or laws which authorize the Commissioners' Courts in various counties to pay the judges of the District Courts and of the Criminal District Courts of this State said fixed compensation for serving as members of the Juvenile Boards.
