HB 118, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that municipal corporations, and including all districts created under the authority of the Constitution of the State of Texas shall be liable for damages the same as private corporations; and providing they shall no longer enjoy immunity for damages inflicted in the performance of governmental functions; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
