SB 141, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that transfers or deliveries made pursuant to an order of the Federal Securities and Exchange Commission which specifies and itemizes the securities ordered by it to be delivered or transferred and record transfers following such transfers or deliveries shall not be subject to the tax imposed and levied by said Section 1.
