Relating to authorizing the Commissioner Courts of counties having a population of less than twenty thousand (20,000), in which counties the Commissioners Courts have authorized county officials to be compensated on a salary basis, to fix the salaries to be paid to county officials, their deputies, clerks and assistants; repealing all laws in conflict.
