Relating to amending a previous Act, to allow additional compensation for certain District and County Officers; allowing additional compensation for Deputies, Assistants, and Clerks of certain District, County, and Precinct Officers; providing for budget amendment; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of all existing laws not in conflict herewith.
