Relating to amending a previous Act, to define the term "cubic foot of gas"; providing that said definition shall be used in certain leases, contracts and agreements and for other purposes; providing that land owners shall receive not less than one-eighth (1/8) royalty on certain liquids; providing means for determining the hydrocarbon content of natural gas; providing for the interest of royalty owners under certain conditions; providing a saving clause.
