Relating to amending certain Acts to authorize the Commissioners' Court of any county affected by the provisions thereof to compensate sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, constables, deputy constables and juvenile and/or probation officers on a monthly car or automobile allowance in lieu of mileage; providing for the amendment of the present budget of each such county immediately upon the effective date of this Act; providing a saving clause; providing for the repeal of all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
