Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide old age assistance to qualifying persons not to exceed $45.00 per month; further providing for awarding of grants of needs of a personal nature to all old age citizens residing in County Hospitals; and providing further for payment of $100.00 funeral expenses upon the death of an old age citizen who is a recipient under this Act; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
