Relating to empowering the courts of record of the State of Texas having original jurisdiction of criminal actions to suspend the imposition or execution of sentence and to place defendants on probation under certain conditions; repealing laws in conflict; providing that if any part of this Act is declared unconstitutional it shall not the validity of the remainder of the Act; defining certain terms; providing for an appropriation.
