SB 168, 49th R.S.
Relating to requiring every person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation engaged in the transportation of oil by pipe lines to furnish and deliver on or before April 1st of each year to the tax assessor of each county in this State in which such person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation had oil stored on January 1st of each year, a sworn statement showing the ownership of such oil, the names and addresses of each of such owners, and the amount of such oil owned by each.
