HJR 54, 49th R.S.
Proposing an amendment to Article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Texas by adding thereto a Section 21, which Section will create a Natural Resources Permanent Fund, will provide that the principal of said Fund shall never be subject to appropriation, will regulate the investment of the moneys in said Fund; and will provide for the apportionment of the interest from said Fund.
