Relating to amending the Penal Code relating to the sale of animals at auction so as to include cattle, cows, calves, bulls, steers, hogs, sheep, goats, hacks, and jennys, or any of them and requiring a description thereof, prescribing the penalty for violation thereof by the auctioneer, salesman, or party offering such animal or animals for sale.
