Relating to authorizing and directing the State Board of Control to purchase site for and construct at a total cost of not to exceed $1,500,000.00 of which entire cost of the amount of the purchase of the site therefor shall not exceed 10% of said total sum, for the purpose of constructing within not more than five miles from the city limits of Dallas, Texas, State Cancer and Pellagra Hospital and the Dallas Psychopathic Hospital, and both of which shall compose the Dallas State Hospital; making an appropriation.
