HB 562, 49th R.S.
Relating amending certain Article of the Penal Code relating to the control of any dog accustomed to run, worry, or kill goats, sheep or poultry, by adding to said Article a provision making it unlawful for any owner, keeper, or person in control of any dog which has bitten or attacked any person off the premises of the owner to permit such dog to run at large, and providing a penalty therefor.
