HB 521, 49th R.S.
Relating to fixing the maximum rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all independent school districts, whether organized under general or special laws, and which, according to the last preceding approved original Scholastic Census, had a scholastic population of not less than twelve hundred and fifty (1,250) and not more than three thousand (3000) scholastics, and located in counties with a population of not less than ten thousand (10,000) and not more than twenty thousand (20,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, and in all independent county unit school districts in counties with a population of not less than one thousand (1,000) and not more than two thousand (2,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census.
